You're Not Born Into Your Community

Being gay is unique in that you can't go through a family lineage to find your door to connect with like, you're not born into your community. I think that freaks young gay people out so much because then you're like, Oh, my God, do we not have what does our future look like? Well, we're sad. In some ways, that's good, because it's helped us advance so quickly, because we pop into every community. We're born into everything. Every Republican family then has to make a choice about whether or not they're going to support gay marriage and turn into a libertarian instead. You see what I'm saying? Yeah. Whereas other things
