Prayer is a good use of time. It maybe doesn't have so much observable effects to the world, you know, the world. But your peace of mind is is the motive for everything. And that's where the prayer of the heart comes in. We have to realize at people don't abandon us. People don't reject us. It's only our thoughts of abandonment and rejection that need to be uncovered and released. Thatat's always what this is about.
