Climate Change - Is the Government Doing Its Part?

There's a limit beyond which people simply cannot adapt to more extreme temperatures, says Ravi Agrawal. There is only so much that a government can do when it becomes so hot and we need to talk about mitigation rather than adaptation,. India cannot, of course, however hard it tries stop climate change on its own. But as one of the nations suffering most, it does have a very strong incentive to lead the way.
