Florida's Decency Laws Obscenity Standards

There are two slightly different standards, none of which appear to be met in this case. A lot of what you're seeing with the restrictions on drag isn't necessarily an attempt to ban them for consenting adults it's an attempt to restrict minors access to these shows even if accompanied by an adult. And yeah I don't think there's any evidence that any of these drag shows that the Florida agency is going after for their liquor license would even approach the bar for obscenity for adults or minors.
