A political article raised as an exhibit to their motion to dismiss was a July 23rd, 2020 political article. One person familiar with the matter said the information was not turned over to the FBI. If Rachel Maddow had put that Politico article on the screen, then this case would have been dismissed outright and it's no longer possible for her to be found guilty of defamation.
