Bolshet jobs is a concept that comes from anarchist anthropologist David graper. The idea is that so many jobs that exist, especially when it comes to management and executives are just bureaucratic jobs. That serves no purpose in the eyes of most people. So we might intend im to have a certain impact, and we see a purpose in our bowl. But if we spend months on a project and it doesn't go anywhere, like there was no purpose in doing that thing.
