Are the Taliban Returning?
Before the Taliban came to power, they promised they would be different from the 1990s. But we've arrived here this time, and someone said to me, today these are the first foreign journalist, I know, who's been given permission to report now. And so many are saying, are they returning? In fact, is it worse than the 1990s? There are Taliban who don't want to go back, they do want to go forward.
