The Importance of Defining the Next Action

You want to get it to the level where you can see what you'll be doing, because then again, that future self comes back slightly more fuzzy brain. Another one I often see that I nudge a little bit toward greater clarity is sort out in this country - usually not a very good next action. If you describe it as, you know, write the brainstorm or compose draft the email or make the phone call rather than just sort it sort out the thing. So sort out in that instance might very well be the project. Right.
