How to Train a Client for Maximum Results

In a typical exercise session, I do five exercises, a main lift and two pad sets. So that's 15 exercises over the course of the week I program. In block three, I'm going to make this more of a horizontal push focus. My split stance work or split squats work now has hand support because I don't want balance to be the issue.
