The Power of Trust
I was lucky to see, and for me, I had to work out what it was to keep myself in the best shape possible. It's amazing what we do, what we don't do out of fear. But if you don't have a good structure, the whole fucking thing falls down. Each side is fitness, general health, sleep and diet. And at the base, we often prioritize the things that are in the middle and the top. For me, that has just been such a massive gain change.
