I've been largely grain-free for the past couple of years with the exception of rice on my sushi, but I've been integrating even morning oats because I work out in the morning. So this is pre-workout oats with some like casein protein mixed in. It's like one of the... not only is it delicious, but I feel like it does give me more energy in the gym.
