Ethan Harris: I don't think Alan Greenspan's legacy is really that strong right now. He says the Fed started to believe that inflation was largely dead, and you didn't have to worry about a sloped Phillips curve. Now we're seeing a massive catch up by the Fed, and of course, financial accidents happen when you're hiking rates very fast.
