Scrum Master - How to Slice the Stories

Slicing stories can be challenging especially when the context is quite complex, and there's a lot of moving parts. The idea is what is the minimum we can do to get value out that's where I would start. It's a hard question to understand your context, but hopefully that would be enough in terms of principles for you to go after it. So try to keep try to keep the whole thing move, try to go end to end and try to think of the smallest stuff that you can do and build on that.
