An individual rep might have, you know, ten accounts to really think about when they're all really, really big. You can't know the names and in sort of faces and their birthdays and their favorite bottle of wine for tens of thousands of people,. like you could in the old school days. So that just becomes obviously very unwieldy. And so you have to rely on something elsen you're pointing to the fact that you must rely on data. The other thing to call out there is, and you kind of touched on it a little bit, but change. In particularly recent things that have changed a lot. That's typically where th interesting things are.
