The Government Is Just Saying, Look, We'll Put Our Money in There

The government is simply saying, look, we're happy to be your partner. You go do the work. And so eventually they do get that money back. Or tesla is re investing its money back into tesla, so it doesn't pay, it didn't pay taxes, right? Even though it's not paying tax, then eventually the companies pay tax. It's an investment on the front end by the government, and on the back end, they get rewarded.
