How to Bring Employees Back to the Office

Employees don't come to the office for free pizza or a free cake, they come because there are people in the office they want to collaborate with. So you have to take away the cognitive load and make it as simple as possible that employees can decide when is the right time to go into the office. The in-office experience itself also has to be top-notch and different to what we were used to in the past. Then it comes back to technology in the building. We need to book a desk, we need tobook a room, to be any equipment. But this ride together, I can actually see more and more people come back to the office.
