A lot of stuff I do is just freaking simple. Like if I want eight hours, but I'm not in bed eight hours, I'm never going to get it. So making sure that like my eat, I'm eating like three hours before it's got time to digest the food,. My, one of my big E's was just not drinking like too close to bedtime. Because if you drink like a load of water too close to your bedtime, you can only, well, I do, I used to, need to get up for a piss in the middle of the night. It disrupts your sleep because you wake up near in the piss.
