The Importance of Cardio for Fat Loss

If your cardio is just intensive enough, it seems to have the potential to reduce your gains even in unrelated muscle groups on other days. And that's probably due to some central mechanism, whether that's either central fatigue or competing with recovery resources. So one would be this kind of idea of active recovery, which could physiologically, you know, facilitate a little bit of recovery between sessions. But also I think psychology is very powerful. Even on off days, staying engaged with your physical activity and getting up and moving rather than sitting down.
