How Do I Set Up a Schedule?

Many years ago, when i first opened my first health nutrition, personal training location back in late two thousand six, early two thousand and seven. And that was the first time ihad ever opened up a location. So i had to get really dialed in with my time. Back then, i used a paper base schedule, and i literally wrote everything down. But of course, eventually i get into all sorts of different spread sheets that i was using. And what i did was i color coated all the areas of the day that i had to work that those were my work hours,. Then i left open the ors that i wasn't meeting with a client, and that was it.
