How Do You Build a Community?

Tat: There's sprints, labs and coaching. I think the common problem that a client will come with is, we have a hunch we can do something more with a certain set of people. And for us, you know, there's a if we look at what needs to be accomplished,. i think one is sort of a level set on how communiy start and grow. It's really hard to strategize about community building without an understanding of the steps involved to build a community.
