How to Deal With Distraction

I think one thing that's really important is that prayers and input output gain. If you if you've done no remote work to prepare yourself for the moment of prayer, then that's when the time comes,. You're left scrambling with immediate preparation, right? So I have found that my prayer, according to me, is usually better if I do a lot of spiritual reading. It's like what we can't expect to watch like six hours of Netflix and turn it off and then make a Holy Hour. Not going to happen.
