Sally Kohn: I think some of the arguments go back and forth. One criticism people have is, well, what about the massive social upheaval that's going to happen? She says it'll be too quick for those people to be able to retrain. Kohn: But on the other hand, in the escalator metaphor, things are automating. Things are getting cheaper. And so as long as that process is allowed to continue, there won't be a crisis because that escalator is going up so fast.
