The Role of Education in the Management of Persistent Evascular Retina

In the anti-vegett era, we're realizing more and more that you don't always fully vascularize after spontaneous regression. At least a third with persistent evascular retina raise the risk of serious spiturinal complications in young adulthood. So what do we do? When you see your vascular retina, do you always laser it now? Do we not laser it? Do you have a fetal throwback to you? I think number one is education, just letting people know.
