How to Increase Your Relationship With Your Clients
Emma says there are certain things that you are not willing to outsource because they almost go against your values as a person and relationships are so important. She thinks some tactics like outsourcing sales calls might work for some people or increasing the perceived value but it's more about relationship with client than selling product. Emma: I'd highly doubt the retention rate is going to be high if you're not focused on actually creating relationship with your clients and delivering the support in the service that they have paid for.
