Are you happy in your work life and that seems like a really simple and easy question. I went years where I realised at the end I hadn't been happy for a long time in my work. If you're finding yourself withdrawing from family or friends, wanting to sort of hunker down and isolate yourself, that's also a sign of starting to struggle with stress and burnout. For me, I had set phrases that used to go through my mind almost every day at work, like I just don't want to be here anymore. That would go running through my mind day in and day out and I just didn't listen to it until it was too late for me.
