What Causes High Blood Sugar?

The body has a regulation system for keeping your blood sugar in a tight range. So if it's dropping too low, either after exercise or after a meal, usually what's happening there is you're having an over release of insulin. The other side of that coin is adrenal function because your adrenals make hormones like cortisol and adrenaline which have the opposite effect,. they actually tell your liver to make and or release more glucose.
