The Whistleblower's Complaint to Congress

On Monday he filed a whistleblower complaint to Congress in the intelligence community inspector general on classified information that he insists proves to recover partial fragments and intact vehicles by the u.s. He does not know where they are or at least he doesn't say he knows where they are but says there has been retaliation again.
