Getting the Integration Right for Your Product
The integration is still kind of painful. It's like a 12 step process, and that feels like a lot of steps to get someone up and running quickly. I realize the importance of prioritizing the documentation we get in there with. If everything doesn't go smoothly, you're going to run into little pain points at each step. Fortunately, for both of the customers, we were able to get it up in running.
