The Importance of Invasive ICP Monitoring
I think the information derived from ultrasound general is not only useful but it's fundamental because as I mentioned during the talk that even if you have invasive monitoring again I do put invasive monitoring myself so I think it's the gold standard. The looking at what's going on within the brain is very important to distinguish between just by using ultrasound and hyperimia or hypo hyperfusion which can tell you give you the same information. But combining these types of methods with a non-invasive method can be very important It can be fundamental into treating, to vibrating your therapeutic strategy. For example you mentioned acute hepatic failure there are centers even in the states where they would use invasive ICP
