The Disconnect Between the Stated Purposes of Affirmative Action and the Actual Way They Work in Reality

I wish there was a little bit more thoughtfulness and curiosity amongst the journalists class who were supposed to be covering these stories. I mean, most of the coverage that I've seen about all of these cases seems to be like red team versus blue team. It's these really kind of thoughtless, oftentimes completely devoid of any kind of real jurisprudential analysis. And it's just preposterous.
