All the L2s are just EVM chains. Even if you have 400 of them, it doesn't really fundamentally change the toolkit available to application developers. And so I think all the different all tell ones are more useful in that they offer different like tools to developers that L2s don't. Having a hundred different EVM chains is almost exactly the same or as equally as good as having one EVM chain.
