Gemma, what's the hottest you've ever felt? Well, i think mine was low forty celsius once when i was in hano and venam. Andrew king is a lecturer in climate science at the university of melbourne in australia. He studies extreme weather and climate change. The heat has really been exceptional. We've had extreme heat through march, april, and now march of may as well. So we're talking about over two months of really extreme high temperatures. Temperature is well in excess of 40 degrees quite frequently, and more recently, up to about 50 degrees celsius in the northwest of india and the southeast of pagistan.
