Darth Vader's Conversation With Minister Tua
Vader's conversation with Minister Tua makes Tarkin as the big bad guy here, not necessarily Vader himself. To me it just felt like she was sort of the top tier level person in government on Lothal. And the way it seemed to me was that she was kind of supposed to report to Tarkin which I thought was kind of interesting because he's a grand mop. So I don't really know how that connection works necessarily.
