Breathing Through Your Nasal During Sleep
The main reason we want to breathe through our nose while exercising is for that boost of nitric oxide. At night, your body heals and detoxifies. When you breathe through your nose at night, you're increasing the oxygen levels in your blood. It supports brain development in kids and optimal mouth development. Your breath is fresher. If your mouth is closed while you sleep, you're going to have adequate saliva. And it's going to be less likely that cavities are going to develop. This will lower your pulse rate, reduce stress, and improve a more restorative sleep.
