Matt: I worry about the future of our profession. The numbers are declining. There's a lot of great opportunities out there for people and sometimes instruction engineering gets missed along the way. And so if I can go out and show folks, this is how you navigate and how you can be successful in this career...I am more than happy to do that. We have to if we want our profession to survive.
