You have to temper how many rips you can do per set, because you're goin to be closer to failure at a higher weight. Just one is actually heavier causes may be a little bit more fatigue. And ind the the correlation to progressive loading is that moving from 70 to 73 % is not progressive overload. You've just changed what you're doing.
