The Typical Trajectories of Musculoskeletal Problems

There's almost a typical trajectory to musculoskeletal problems they can come on secondary to trauma but most of them come on for no apparent reason. The pain increases, settles, increases, settles but on average doesn't get progressively worse over time and that's an indication that there might be something else going on in the shoulder. Another significant factor is a past history of cancer that's something I'd be asking people. These people who look unwell but again that tends to be the end of the spectrum as far as red flags go.
