CHAPTER

Antitrust and AI Governance

I've given an overview of antitrust so hopefully we're on the same page. I've talked about this possible kind of near-turned tension between the kind of cooperation that we might really want and then antitrust might if structure poorly might get in the way. There's still a plausible argument that in many of these scenarios antitrust and regulation remains a important very powerful tool of states indeed one of the most powerful tool that states have over companies. Why not consider working on it? You can cover this in academia, private practice at a law firm you can cover it at a regulator like the FTC the DOJ or in the EU the competition Commission - there are loads of great places to do this work.
