I think the a, the issue really comes down too pace. Are you expecting to hold over that distance? And that's that's managing the expectations and making that race day plan right. So much of it is mental, so much as between the ears. We're all more capable of doing things than we give ourselves credit for. I did not believe that was possible three, four years ago when i still hadn't broken three hours in the marathon.
