Connect for education has covered all the development costs of this. It hasn't cost the University of Pennsylvania or the vet school anything other than time and imagination. What we can't do is interact directly with the client for legal reasons. Everything must be done through the veterinarian if it's going to get to the point of actual, you know, clinical consultation.
