Giuliani's Unsupported Claims of Election Fraud
Giuliani sent a text message to the Michigan House Speaker reiterating his unsupported claims of election fraud. Giuliani falsely claimed that Pennsylvania had issued 1.8 million absentee ballots and received 2.5 million in return. On January 6, 2021, the defendant publicly repeated his knowingly false claim regarding an illicit dump of more than 100,000 ballots in Detroit.
