The Concept of Interpretive Communities

International law is not just a system of neutral rules, it's actually a community that is formulating what the correct approach is. So in that sense it reminds us of in the in that it remind us of politics it is radical. On the other hand, we might say only that it is also a conservative concept to the extent that it attributes our politics to a shared episteme and so on.
