The Importance of Data on Athletes

Italy has done a really good job on this so start going back into the 1980s they started to collect data because that's what we need right. They created a huge database which I actually use in my class now to teach and say you know if you have an athlete and you see these things these are things we wouldn't be concerned about or here's some markers where we might be concerned.
