How to Get a No Brainer Job?

Before a facebook, you know, i worked it in tell. I barely got that job doing supply chains. But in my free time, i was building a tremendous amount of line college related companies. So there's just a lot of different things that i built, so it was very relevant. It's like, oh, this person has already proven that they can do the thing that we're looking higher. A lot of times woure hiring, i think about one simple thing, what is my confidence level that this person can deliver on the things that i need? And it's the same for the person applying for a job.
