What's the Difference Between Voluntary Hush and Self Discipline?
The ancient greeks wore very cheap, very plain clothes that didn't keep them warm in the winter. They drank water instead of wine, so they'd cenna tough it out. The stoics would compare it to military training with combat sports or martial arts. It was kind of like mo part of every young man's life - everybody did grice wrestling and pancatian ad at some point.
