The Importance of Zinc in the Body

magnesium has a number of different roles, probably over 300 in the body. One of its most critical is the production and use of ATP. If we're magnesium deficient, even if we're creating ATP, we may not be able to use it as efficiently resulting in lower energy overall. zinc is the last micronutrient that we'll be addressing. It's necessary for the formation of neuronal synapses and the migration of neurons.
