I think that there isn't a slowdown in thinking, but they can be a stop-on train before this big ramp up. I believe I was the only private company CEO in AI, apart from Elon, to sign that petition. There's any a few entities even now that can train these large models,. And if you look at again of the OpenAI AGI paper, they said it's time to offer transparency on governance.
