The Importance of Staying in Flow State

I do think sometimes just sitting on, you know, it depends on the context for sure. It makes me think too about Mark McLaughlin was talking about, I think it was zone. And maybe it was like zone zero, it was a block zero. Like you have heart rates like zone one, two, three, four, five. But if the ultimate goal of the session is skill building then you're always going to want to be doing something. If nothing else kind of staying in that mental space too, of not checking out.
