Caro: I tend to think of like the productivity things almost like high fashion and that like they are great inspiration but then you want to adapt it to something that you actually want to wear every day. So so one that's kind of a high fashion one is the idea of the Pomodoro method. You basically break your day down into at least 25 minute blocks. There's no looking at your phone for that 25 minutes and you're just focused. And then if you can continue on you can continuing on whenever you pause you write what I now call like a status dump of kind of where you are at.
