How to Delegate
The first thing i like to do is eliminate us, start crossing things out that i think, hay, really not that important. The next thing i do is i look at the list one more time and say, is there anything i can delegate? Ok? And yes, that's going to be a separate task to give that instruction to a team mate or to hire somebody to do it. So this is actually quite good, bease it gets you in the habit of saying, ha, i'm the founder of this company. I should be assigning tasks to people instead of doing everything myself.
